Friendly event and although a toughie had a blast

beautiful location with hard segments which is the reason i entered
bottle of water at finish would have been welcome I was gasping

Very supportive of slower runners and generous cut off. All runners support one another.
Great learning curve for new trail running
Great friendly run, nothing serious just a testing course.
Lovely location and cracking scenery. A good mix of trail types (although I'm no fan of the shingle section)

The shale beach was harder than hell
As mixed terrain as it gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Plan ahead re parking. Consider just outside of village (race HQ only a short walk). Experience could vary wildly with weather conditions. Friendly supportive atmosphere.

That's fine for me but was this expected? If it's 6k please advertise it as a 6k ot 5k

Really friendly event, wonderful scenery and great atmosphere.
A challenging run in a lovely friendly atmosphere.
Thought the signage was excellent but would have appreciated a mile marker at mile 12, just to be prepared for that final push. Otherwise an excellent event that I would definitely do again.

Beautiful, laid back but organised run with a cracking medal
Plenty took a detour before the last checkpoint so maybe you need an extra marker there
Trail Outlaws seem to have a spirit to their runs.
