Travelling by train

Anybody travelling to the event by train should travel to Worthing Station. Trains from London are infrequent so check timetables at www.nationalrail.co.uk

When leaving the station (southern side) the start is about a mile north of the railway.

Turn right and go to the level crossing, turn right into South Farm Road, head north passing a small parade of shops, keep going. Worthing High School is on the left. Continue on past another parade of shops. Broadwater Cemetery is on the right. Keep going until reaching Broadwater Green. Head for the roundabout in the northern corner A24/A27. Cross to the far side which is Hillbarn Lane. Check your route out by using the map.

Travelling by bus

Worthing town center can be accessed by bus from Brighton and Chichester, Please check to ensure that they arrive in time to get to the start which is about two miles north of the seafront. Check the map to find details but the start is on the A24/A27 two miles from town. From the town center head north along South Street, Chapel Road past the Post Office, Council Buildings, onto the railway bridge continue along Broadwater Road through the shopping Parade and along the right-hand side of Broadwater Green to the roundabout, cross the A27 Upper Brighton Road, Hillbarn Lane is a turning off of the roundabout.
