Mega event good course to ride awesome day
Great event for racers and families
The kids tracks were an improvement this year, with kids in newbies, fun times and racers we could really see a difference. Especially the racers track, this should be longer and tougher and it was great to see that it was a challenge for the kids and really pushed them on. My 3 daughters loved it.

Brilliant event for all levels
Cracking event for anyone who wants to try racing at any age right up to the elite level. Course was fun and challenging and the facilities top notch. Atmosphere was fun and welcoming and the organisers do a brilliant job

Race was stopped early, should be longer 17 min race for the winner when advertised for 25 to 30

Hi, thank you for coming along to the event today. The race time listed on our website is 25 minutes, which is based on the average finishing time. If we look at the rider who finished in 20th place, they completed two laps in just under 23 minutes. If they had gone out for another lap, their total time would likely have exceeded 30 minutes, which is beyond our time limit. If we consider the rider who finished in 40th place, their total time would likely have been closer to 35 minutes. For this reason, we have to make a judgement based on what works best for the majority of riders. I hope this helps explain why race times for the leading riders are not always as long as they might prefer.

Great course but start not thought through
The kids racers start should have gone down the loop as to take a fast start into a turn immediately creates issues and can be dangerous
Also one less rider per row on the grid as handle bars overlapped
They are certainly very fast and keen. Thankfully no crashes :-)

A good mix of challenges on the course
Excellent course which lots of varying technical sections to test cross country skill level
Enjoyed my 1st event on a ebike, with the added problem of much slower youngster on analogue bikes on the course so passing had to be very considerate as this was more a fun event ( it would have been disrespectful to barge your way through) would definitely enter again, thanks.

Brilliant course, great for this time of year. One point I would put the ebiker on the course with the u16. The ebiker were in the way of the kids and the kids got in way of the ebiker. But it was a brilliant event. Well done to everyone that sorted it o
