The water was chilly (but that's not the organiser's fault!) but the sea conditions were very calm. Many thanks to all involved. The lifeguards on the paddle boards were great.

Would recommend this swim as it’s on the beautiful Blackpool sands beach, the event was really well run everyone was so friendly and helpful!
My first competitive sea swim
Beautiful location. Clear goal. Good lead time to train. I began in February. I am completely green yet was able to enjoy and take part fully. Loved the ginger cake and my medal. Even my teenager was impressed. I'll do another.
My debut and i loved it
Really easy to find and join. Felt totally happy with organisation and my safety,so i just swam.
