Information

Swim session coached by Sue Hudson and Liz Halliday - 6.30 to 7.30pm on Thursdays during term time. We will limit the number of places to 20 so there is a maximum of 5 swimmers per lane. 

THe session will include a warm up, some drills followed by a main set and cool down. 

Please arrive from 6.20pm in order to change and be ready to swim by 6.30.

Enter by the main gate drive up the hill, go straight on at the first roundabout and the car park is on your right. From there you have a short walk heading east to the swimming pool. Do not park by the swimming pool. You can also cycle to the pool.
