This was my first ever event and I was nervous however, the organisation and atmosphere really calmed me down and I loved it! Absolutely brilliant!

It would be good if there was somewhere to recycle the envelopes with our race info.

Unfortunately as excellent as always the organisation (Sporting Events are second to none) the only problem you may have with this run if you’re a beginner, is the weather. Really does work your mind. Last year rain this year wind. But I will be there again next year

Well organised event. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a couple of biscuits at the end to replace some energy.

Brilliant organisation, everyone very helpful and friendly. Very supportive Marshalls.
I loved the gun fire start with the swashbuckling pirates. Only downside was the cold weather and the wind in face on way back.

Well organised with good race instructions prior to the event.
Nice flat route along the coast with good views and great opportunity for a PB. Race time was instant via text straight afterwards.
I would recommend this 10K race.

Only criticism is that when the race instructions were being given couldn’t hear for music blaring out of the speakers

Can be a course to get a PB if the wind is behaving! However today the wind was fierce and made a challenging but fun race. Highly recommend

Loved the starting cannon, great atmosphere.

I think the general public should not be allowed on such a narrow course l had to ask a group of people and their dogs to move on the way back as they were blocking the entire path -very inconsiderate -it's only 1 hour 30 why can't they be stopped from using it during the race ?
