Mile Time Trial - 1 mile as fast as you can, a good way to benchmark your improvements. Followed by 400m repeats focusing on different aspects of proper running form.

Back-to-Basics - For beginners and runners returning after time out or injury. 'Leisurely loops' with strength exercises in between. The emphasis will be on establishing good habits and learning basic techniques.
