A chance to swim at Wimbleball Lake, a fantastic venue where swimming is not normally permitted. It has regularly hosted the Exmoor Open Water Swims in the past. Water temperatures in August should be perfect. 

Kit Requirements
Just a swim suit and goggles. Wet suits will not be compulsory. However for first time open water swimmers they are strongly recommended. You should not swim skins unless you swim regularly in open water.

Wetsuits will keep you warmer and provide buoyancy that will make swimming easier. Short wetsuits or armless wetsuits are also permitted.
