You can take part as a Single (Saturday) or as a Double (Sunday). Whether you are new to the sport, looking to see how your training is going or just starting with a new doubles partner, our charity Hybrid Games will help you understand your timing and the stations you need to improve.

Sunday 10th May is our fun day with entertainment for the whole family including children's bouncy castle, music and food & drink stalls. Bring your best supporters along to cheer you on and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere. 

There are competition prizes for 1st place in each race, as well as fastest in age categories
